Arnica is commonly used externally to promote the healing of wounds and bruises. For centuries, Arnica has been used to relieve the effects of falls and blows. If using the loose forms, simply make a poultice, salve or extract (use diluted); a tea made from the flowers can be applied as a compress on the stomach to relieve abdominal pains.

Common use: Wounds, bruises, sprains, pain, swelling and inflammation of sprains, rheumatism. POISONOUS ITEM. DO NOT USE INTERNALLY. CAN CAUSE ALLERGIC DERMATITIS WITH EXTENDED USE OR IN SENSITIVE PERSONS. NOT TO BE USED ON OPEN WOUNDS OR BROKEN SKIN.
